Louisiana Mud Cake

4 eggs
2 C. sugar
2 sticks margarine, melted
1 1/2 C. flour
1/3 C. Cocoa
1 C. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1 large jar Marshmallow Fluff
Beat eggs and sugar together until they are thick. Combine melted butter, flour, cocoa, pecans and vanilla together in large bowl and mix well.
Add flour to eggs and sugar mix and blend together until well mixed.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan; bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Remove from oven and spread Marshmallow Fluff on hot cake.
When cake has cooled, gently spread the icing on top of marshmallow.
Icing:
1 stick butter
1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
1 C. pecans
6 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter over low heat; remove from heat and add milk, sugar and vanilla.
Beat together well; add nuts and mix them in.
Spread gently on cake.
